Visiting

Can I visit Flower Systems showroom?

Yes, visits are welcome during our opening hours (8am ­ 5pm Monday ­ Friday) and no appointment is necessary. We advise first time visitors to contact us prior to visiting. Please note: The Flower Systems showroom is Trade Only and is not open to the general public.

Placing an Order

Can I order from Flower Systems?

We are a strictly Wholesale business supplier. Please contact us on 0800 423 569 to see if you qualify.
 

What if I am a retail customer?

Please contact us and we will refer you to your local stockist.
 

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed by email, fax and phone, via our website or through your local Sales Consultant. Find your local Sales Consultant
 

What if I don’t have an account with Flower Systems?

For new customers once your order has been received you will be contacted by our Customer Services Team to arrange for payment. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard or Cheque. Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched with a Tax Invoice.
 

How do I open an Account with Flower Systems?

For new accounts we require three pro forma transactions and a credit application to be completed.
 

Is there a freight charge?

Flower and Stemmed Greenery orders over the value of $750.00 excl GST are Freight Free.

There is a freight charge on all large items including but not exclusive to Vases, Greenery Panels, Potted Plants, Trees, Urns, Plinths, Home Decor and Christmas Trees. If you’re unsure whether an item attracts freight charges please ask a member of the team. We use three freight carrying companies to ensure we get the best value for you.

Delivery & Returns

I haven’t received my order?

Please allow the following delivery times:
  • 1 to 2 days for North Island Destinations
  • 3 to 4 days for South Island Destinations
  • 1 extra day for Rural Deliveries
If you haven't received your goods, within these time frames, please contact our Customer Services Team who will initiate a track & trace of your parcel.

Can goods be returned for a credit?

All returns and credit requests must be authorised by a Flower Systems Representative. Please contact your Sales Consultant or Flower Systems Customer Service Team within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
